Summary

A virtual course which will give you the tools to make the most of using the outdoors as a context for child development, play and learning.  The training will be led by Education, Learning & Skills staff from Natural Resources Wales.

Audience

Suitable for practitioners working with pre-school and foundation phase aged learners.

Outcomes

  • Increased knowledge of how to use the outdoors as a context for holistic child development, play and learning.
  • Increased confidence in how to deliver the Curriculum for Wales 6 AoLE’s through nature connectedness.
  • Increased understanding of how access to the natural environment can support a child’s health, well-being and development.

Please note this course will be delivered through the medium of English on Microsoft Teams.
