An extensive training programme for line managers in the third sector, endorsed by ILM

 

Aims

This course, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management, will give you the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills, increase your confidence, and enhance your ability to fulfil your line management responsibilities.

 

Learning outcomes

By completing this course, you will:
  • Explore your management role and responsibilities
  • Enhance your supervisory and appraisal skills
  • Develop your own induction checklist
  • Consider effective ways of managing performance and motivation
  • Identify a range of learning and development opportunities suited to your team.
  • Recognise your own strengths, weaknesses, values and motivations.

 

Who this course is for

If you are currently in a line management role, or you’ve recently moved into line management, then this course is for you.
 
 
You will need to commit to:
The full 3-day course
To achieve the ILM award you will need to successfully complete the 3 short assignments following the course. The trainer will provide support for you during the assessment process.

A registration fee of £72 per learner will be charged for those who register to complete the ILM assessment
