The Welsh Parliament, or the Senedd as its more commonly known, is the democratically elected body that represents the people of Wales and its interests. The Senedd is made up of 60 Members who, in addition to representing and supporting their constituents, are responsible for making Welsh laws, agreeing certain Welsh taxes and scrutinising the Welsh Government. Unsurprisingly, therefore, data plays a very important role in the work of the Senedd. It is imperative that the data, and more importantly the insights, are clear and accessible to both Members and, where relevant, the wider public.
In this webinar, you’ll hear from colleagues from Senedd Research and the Committee Service who will talk about their data and the techniques they use to make sure it is as accessible and clear as possible. It is aimed at anyone that analyses and or uses data.
Please note, the webinar will be:
- in English only, but you will have an opportunity to ask questions / raise comments in Welsh via the chat function.
- recorded and made publicly available on Data Cymru’s website following the event. Delegates cameras and microphones will be off by default during the webinar.
Registration closes on Wednesday 22 March 2023.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with [email protected]
Note: Joining instructions will be shared nearer the time.
