Proud to be leading the way to a better future for Wales by managing the environment and natural resources sustainably.
Is your setting based on the Welsh coast? Or maybe you are planning to visit and learn about the Welsh Coastline with your learners? If you are after ideas, resources and guidance, this free course is for you!
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, join us on a virtual stroll along the Wales Coast Path and through the 6 Areas of Learning and Experience. Could your learners help to promote the Path by designing a promotional leaflet or writing newsletter? How long would it take your learners to walk the entire Wales Coast Path? From smuggling to food chains, coastal art to learning about the habitats and landforms along the Welsh coast, join us to discover the cross-curricular learning opportunities and the sense of 'Cynefin' the Wales Coast Path offers in waves. Every setting that attends the webinar will be eligible to apply for funding of up to £200 towards travel costs to visit the Path.
Attendees will receive a handout packed with links to resources and websites that will make learning about this topic easy, interactive, interesting, and fun.
