To equip you with the skills and techniques needed to deal with difficult conversations.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • recognise your own behaviours and how you react in varying situations
  • understand how to be assertive and manage boundaries
  • use techniques for dealing with difficult conversations

Who this course is for

Anyone needing to deal with people on a one-to-one and small group basis e.g. support workers, frontline workers, volunteers.
