Masterclass in Educational Change: The Singapore Story

The Education Workforce Council, in partnership with the National Academy for Educational Leadership and Swansea University, are excited to be hosting a masterclass in educational change presented by Singaporean educationalist Pak Tee Ng at the Swansea Marriott Hotel on 27 September 2019.
In his masterclass, Pak Tee will explore how Singapore's world leading education system meets the challenges of change and how it is trying to reform curriculum and pedagogy. He will draw on key paradoxes and successes as well as the lessons learned along the way.
A Cambridge University graduate, Pak Tee began his career as a Mathematics teacher and has since worked for the Ministry of Education and the National Institute of Education. As well as receiving several prestigious accolades, Pak Tee has spoken at numerous events across the world. Find out more about Pak Tee.
This interactive half day event is a valuable professional learning opportunity for leaders and senior leaders interested in education transformation.
We will be welcoming guests from 8:15am, with the event running between 9:00am and 12:45pm. Lunch will then be provided for all guests.
